How to handle your boss-lessons from a preschooler?

That's what I read this morning. I have to admit that I think this 4yr old sounds way too mature for her age. Where are the kicking and screaming tantrums we hear about so much?! LOL
Anyway, the article is great so check it out. It's called "What a 4-Year-Old Can Teach You About Managing Your Boss" and has some rather insightful suggestions. Not that I plan to use any of them. I prefer to kick and scream...nah, I'm just kidding! LOL Besides, I'm easy to please - and rarely ask for anything...maybe I should start though, now that I have the tools!

Haha. Some pretty insightful stuff there. I enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing it with us. I do believe we all could stand to learn alot from 4 yrs olds, and the way they view the world.
