Do you find you get better responses on personal issues ?

I have been noticing a trend on mylot and that is the personal discussions get more responses irrespective of the content.Let me say that these may not be the best responses but certainly more .I can understand this trend though as the personal issues probably resonate more with persons. What is your experience ?
