hey tell me from where i can create a free web site, i dont know how to use it . it is very difficult for me to search can u help me

One free cms for example is Zimplit, it has a oline editor and you can use whatever html or css template you wish. You can take a look at www.zimplit.org, and test the demo, there are manuals and choice of free templates too.

There are a number of places where you can set up a website free. Some will charge for webhosting , some give free service for hosting too. You can do searches on search engines.
