It is quiet difficult to be forced to stay in a certain relationship that doesn't work, it's so tiring.. though breaking up is not easy.. Just act as if your bf/gf now belongs to your past not your future...learn something new.. Never show your grieving face, try to wear smile at all times.. By just smiling alone, you will eventually feel good.. Spend time with friends who can influenced you into positive.. divert your attention.

Hi there! You're right. If we value the relationship that we have, we will give it all that we can to make it work. But if it's not meant to be, and if the love is gone, you can do nothing else to make it work out. That's why it is physically, emotionally and mentally draining. With break-ups, it is always good to let go of what you feel for a while. Cry. That's normal and healthy. Reflect, then slowly, let go. You are right that you have to divert your attention into something else and as I always say, there is nothing more effective than spending time with your family and friends. The people who loves you that you might have taken for granted while you were in a relationship. When you feel loved, valued and cared for, you will heal faster.
