Is there anyone who havent heard of a kangaroo before?

Exactly, we have learned about it in school, so you can imagine my surprise when I saw a girl in her 20s, who is participating in Big Brother show doesnt know what is it and how it looks like i havent seen it in person but Ive seen it on tv or photos many times. So how can someone who lives in europe, not in some country where they dont know about tv yet, doesnt know what is it. She knows everything there is about make up and being beautiful but is so shallow and dumb she doesnt know that. lol Strang isnt it :)

It's pretty shallow to think that because you know something, that everyone should know it. For all of us, there is always something that we don't know or haven't been exposed to. Now if this person was a zoo keeper, or in a field related to animals or something, then I would find that weird. But otherwise I would just consider it one of the many things that life, experience or teachings haven't afforded them yet.

relundad, since you turned out to be very arogant about this discussion I have to tell you that this is not some thing noone have heard about but is basic knowledge. Its like not knowing what a cow or coffee or an elephant, ect. looks like. And yes I do think if anyone who has finished high school and have general education doesnt know that is weird. i am not talking about kids or even teenager, who by the way should have known this already, but I am talking about an adult who is ignorant enough to not even consider there is anything else in the world then her beauty. And Im sorry if for you this is normal, for me is it shallow.
