Some people eat a lot when they are deprived of something. Studies show that people who lack sleep tends to eat more than the person with a complete 8 hours of slumber. People who are pressured with their job tends to eat more than usual, with the thought that food shall fuel their body and mind, thus assisting them in their strenuous jobs. People who had their heart badly broken do experience emotional eating at times, but there are also moments when eating is their least priority. How about you?

I do get emotionally eating when I'm depressed, and when I got problems,I cry when I'm eating..I almost cant eat because I'm crying..I also eat too much of my favorite food but I actually don't get fat because of it.could cheese make you fat? or potato could make you fat? I think not..I always eat it.

Sometimes when I feel some pain in my emotions or I really feel stress or depress, I can't eat well but after days that I already survive from those sadness I can eat more than I eat before. I can lost weight when I feel some pain but when I already move on, all the weight that I lost in times that I can eat well is coming back in the time that i'm okay. But there are also times that I can't stop from my eating. I think it also depend on my mood.
