Lending out pc games to friends for cash?

Hi. I am a computer game fanatic and i was wondering should i lend some of my games to my friends for an extra buc or two during the month? If you have any insite for me please tell me. Also if you have another way to earn money please share it with me.

lending games .. becarefull with the license key and term of service and aggreement on the game. Almost all games not allowed you to instal the game in more than 1 PC with the same cd-key. So check carefully the aggreement before you lend the games.
