Do you know that the celebrated economist and writer of The Wealth of Nations propsed something in his book which may sound a bit amazing to all his admirers? He made a suggestation that open debate of discussion be laid bare to the preachers of faiths, creeds and denominations to administer an easy remedy to their religious fanaticism, mutual misunderstanding and false promises for the beyond world. He also suggested that the study of science and philosophy be made compulsory to these breed of people aspiring to be theist preachers and priests gaining access to some kind of sanity and rationality and they should undertake a period of probation before they are finally confirmed in their services or professions. Is not ot something nteresting to recapitulate?
