People worldwide are deeply hurt in the economic crisis and tend to product our pocket carefully. I don't konw what the real feeling of people in west about their new house on loan, and the feeling of peole plan to buy a new house. Have the occasion occur to own a house, Will the price fall tomorrow. Theis qustions puzzle people, so we wait. Most people in most cities in China cancel the plan to buy a house, worrying that they will no money to pay the loan because of decrecise of salary ,and most people think the price of house will fall continually. What the condition of you and your country?

atlist here inindia prices nt falling yet..:OI heard at few places like metro cities prices and rent of commercial properties have come down...nnn fe suburban cities prices have been decreasing lil bit...but no major imapst yet here..people still vbelieve prices ofh house are going up...n ready to buy.

the government of Nanjing have taken some steps to stimulate the sale of the housing.after that ,about 30 houses are sold in the following day.but people in other cities are waiting for the falling of the prices of housing.the rate of loan is decreasing .
