i think both are not good for our health. any thing taken in excess is bad for us. Food intake should always be in moderation.

The International No-Smoking Symbol. - The International No-Smoking Symbol.
Definitely smoking. Drinking can also become injurious to your health if you do it excessively. Doctor's suggest that a controlled drinking habit keeps your heart and health in good condition, but there has been no such founding on smoking....lol... So, if you are a smoker, i would like to advise you to leave it immediately.

In excess anything is injurious to your health. In moderation most things are minimally problematic to your health. Drinking affects the liver and kidneys, smoking the lungs. Overeating makes you more vulnerable to a varity of things. It is not what you put into your mouth that is generally the problem, it is what comes out. Too much of anything is injurious to your health. Moderation in all things is usually the wisest path.
