you know what? This sounds like the sites that says "hey you can become rich, just send me 10$ and i will show you how", and after you sent the money you will receive a mail saying: setup a site where you say "hey you can become rich, send me 10$ and i will show you how", promote it, and send a mail like this one when they will pay you.
A legit business don't say "trust me we provide a product that everyone wanst and needs", a legit business describe the product they are giving out. But obviously, to describe it, the product should be not "Fried Air".
