What job for new Information Technology graduate?

By march 2009, hopefully i will be graduating. But sometimes i wonder what will i do next right after I graduate. Where would i go? I've been studying programming in many languages which i found exciting and interesting. But it seems hard to find a job, especially here in our area where technology is not that advance. They say call center agent is what mostly IT student take as job, well maybe i'll take that too, but im more in to programming and i guess call center agent has nothing to do with that. You think i should go work other "advance" countries, but i still need experience. Wow i never thought looking for a job is this hard. any advice is appreciated. ^.^
