It does help, but it only part of the big picture. You have to have a good breakfast, something in the low glycemic index like old fashioned oatmeal, unsweetened orange juice, no fat milk and some fruit plus flaxseed. A good multi-vitamins is also a good idea as well. So it is better than having a cup of coffee, but that is not all that is necessary.
