Is twisting english for chatting good or bad

We use thanx for thanks, ty etc n many more. But is it good to voilate the language rules??

Language is the way of expression and I think If any thing which can express the thoughts or idea is always good...

Its ok man.Well we are not publishing any document or paper here.In case of chatting and sms we can use short hands.Thats what i think.
