My friend has excessive habit of spending, how can I help her?

I have a very good friend who has this habit of excessive spending. She hated this bad habit of hers and always seek advice from me, but each time I gave her advices she seemed hesitant to take it. I pity her because she is now facing a huge debt in her credit card and it also affected me especially when she accepted so many part time job and left her so drained. Please share to me your own idea. Thanks!

It's really difficult especially if your friend is hesitant to take heed from your advices. I have come to many books regarding finances and money, and one of them is dealing with debt. One of these days, your friend might not be able to bear the consequences of her actions and consider negative things. Before that time comes, it's better for you to talk to her intimately about the situation. I hope that this time, your friend will listen to you!

She has this mounting debt in her credit card but then, she has still an appetite to spend more than her income. What I fretted so much is the situation where she would confided her problems and it seems that I often get bad energy when we are talking which I don't like. Sometimes I make an excuse not to see her, because everytime i listened to her, my energy drained.
