Sirius Star hijack!

Well i thought pirates existed only in olden days. Well i was shocked to hear that they exist even today? What lead this people to hijack the ship and how did they manage it?
Thankfully no one was hurt and the crew was allowed to contact their families.

oh my goodness. with the economy like it is, we may start seeing a lot more of this kind of thing. thats why there were pirates before. for gain
