ToSunMail.com PTR goes belly up!

On of my best earning PTRs that I was a member of closed down without paying me my final payment that I cashed out two weeks ago. It's a good thing that it was only $3. Here is the message that is left when you visit the site:
"Site CLosed
I am sorry to say all this to our members, After OCT,10th,our 2 site(chipsmail.com and tosunmail.com) moved to other host,and found our datebase and other script has so manys problem,we made a hard choice that was cloed our site.Becasue we don't have any dabebase about who was none been paid.so,we are just paid who was has recorded in us."
Apparently the site was sold to new management several months back. I have noticed more and more online earning sites are going under recently. Companies must definitely be cutting back on their advertisement spending. I hope that my other good earning sites remain stable. Any other myLotters losing their favorite sites or, worse yet, money owed to them?

I was a member of ToSunMail aswell. It sucks as it was a good site and provided a lot of mail. Applebizs is also closing so I had to quit that site aswell. I think some of these owners try to run too many different sites and they can't keep up with them all. They should really just have a couple of sites and keep them running really well, rather than make their money from having heaps of different sites.
