The fourth ODI between India and England, do you think was 'controversial'? India scored 166 and England got the target of 198. What's logic behind it?

It will not be that easy to find the newspaper you are talking about, because the copies of it never come to our city. So, I think, I will have to find it on the Net. That will help me, I suppose. When the TV discussions were on during the matches, one of the hosts too said the same thing as you. Yes, its quite difficult to understand. But anyways, its not we who have to worry about it. Let's hope that its a 7-0 in India's favour!

In forth odi match between india and england , india scored 166 and england got 198 target. this target is given to england according to d/l method . this method is used when game not played fully due to some problem. This method is used in cricket .

Although I do agree that this for which is given to England was not at all controversial as it was according to the Duckworth Lewis method. But there is always a big surprise element in this method as the one can even remotely guess what is going to happen and test method is applied I think this is the reason why the team is affected by this method are never happy. It always looks like some kind of injustice has been done to the team batting second because they've got to score which was not competitive. But then we have to understand that the matter is independent of any team and so whatever is coming from it is equal for both the teams. And that is the reason why the match was played with the same spirit and the result was enjoyed by the winning team.
