Any idea how to make this video?

Take a look at this video: http://ytzmusic.blogspot.com/2008/08/home-made-kazoku-come-back-home-pv.html . Any idea how do you make such effects? Freezing time, rotating perspective, swaying the camera in a professional way etc. ?
Really love this music video.

Get Adobe Premiere software and put it on a powerful computer with big, fast hard drive (500GB+).
Then get a decent video camera and take a lot of footage. Then edit it on Premiere.
You could get the kit to start you off for about $2500 but it would be better if you had $6000 available. With a slow setup it takes for ever to work editing video so a decent bit of kit is the way to go.
