Have you ever made it? Does it require a time for the flavors to mesh? Do you think a food chopper would suffice if you don't have a food processor? I really want to make this but I am unsure that with out a food processor that I will be able to. Any tips or tricks? Please share.

Hi Bunnies Good Day, my friend... Wow! Cranberry Orange Relish.. Yummy!! Without a food processor.. of cause you can use a food chopper or a grinder or even hand chopped.. thats what my Granny used to do.. Finely grate 2 teaspoons zest from orange. Peel oranges and remove seeds, then cut sections free from membranes. Chop cranberries with zest, orange sections, add in sugar and cinnamon..mix well, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to develop. I sometime replace sugar with honey and add in some chopped nuts.. Well, that kind of sweet n sour and the crunchy nuts in your mouth..haha.. yummy right?? Happy ThanksGiving !!
