how do you myLot residents get such high ratings?

It depends on how much you want to participate at myLot. I reached my high post count by adding responses daily. I have made around 500 posts a month, but numbers are not important, if you want to earn money, it is the quality of posting that counts. A member who has posted 1000 short one line responses will earn a lot less money than another member who has made fewer, but better quality responses. The more you participate at myLot the better your earnings will get. There is no set amount paid per post, so you need not think about how many posts you make. You should focus on enjoying your participation, be helpful, descriptive and informative when you post, make plenty of friends and have a good time, then your post count and your earnings will rise more quickly. well , if you post 100 responses a day then in 10 days you can reach 1000 posts or points or Ratings in MyLot terminology . suppose if you post 25 a day then it takes to 40 days :-) However this ratings has nothing to do with the pay . I joined here about 3 years ago . you can see that my posts are just about 3700 . of course I am not a regular poster here . And I do not care about this number :-)
