Odesk.com is a good Data Entry site where persons from your country have being have tremendous response from. Why don't you try it out.

In Odesk, you have to do a test. If you have pass with the highest score you will have preference of receiving a job. In every field you take a exam. If you are a webmaster there is a exam for you. Just go to the site and you will see FAQ which you can read to get a better understanding.
