To those of you who replied to my previous discussion - THANK YOU I appreciate your replies and you have given me some helfpul info. I can't reply back to you individually now because I have a lot going on and I'm short on time. I am learning a great deal about Anxiety and Phobias because my son has been having issues with Anxiety. It is a daily struggle and I truly feel for those who have the same issues. It is a very misunderstood problem. I wish I could start some kind of awareness campaign on the topic, but I have to focus on helping my son first. I have put together an outline on the subject. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it, but it was a way for me to get my thoughts down on paper in an organized manner. I had the idea of a powerpoint presentation on the topic to be used in "workshops" for educators. It may never happen, but that's what I was thinking when I started typing it out. I may post it here on myLot at some point when I have time. I think there are many "disorders" that people need to know more about so that they can learn how to treat their family, friends and neighbors who are suffering form these challenges.

Well may be this has to be treated out more physchologically..but as per i can say, if something is hurting you, try to share it with someone and drink warm milk and do yoga, so your mind will be fresh

You will need to to lots of research, remember the educators already have done the research that is why they are educators, you will need to look in psychological, psychiatric journals and online sites and even in schools, at the university level they teach full courses on these subjects,
