How can i cheer myself up ?

I'm in a depressed mood as i had an awful day . any ways to cheer myself up ? please give me advice !

Try putting your favourite music on,have a dance round the room like a mad person. Watch a good TV show with your favourite food. I am in a depressed mood today too, I am going to have loads of chocolate and watch heroes later,that'll help cheer me up too. Is that pic you? You are very pretty!

I'm sorry to hear you had an awful day. Maybe you could share it on here? Why was it awful, what happened? Without knowing what has happened, I can say only this - remember that things are never as bad as they seem or feel. This may sound like a cliche but I have learnt that it is so so true. This time next week or even tomorrow, you may have forgotton about this awful day as things usually do get better. Always remain positive and remind yourself of the good things in your life. Many of us are luckier than we realise Hope you cheer up soonxxx

Check your mylot in box , get your head down and then answer lots of discussions. Before you know it you will be feeling better by earning some money and cheering other people up by giving them something to read. SMILE

Hi there! Sometimes when I feel depressed I try to take some rest, I take a nap. It works for me cause sometimes we feel depressed without knowing why. Depression can be a sign of tiredness and if you take a rest when you wake up you feel your energy renewed. Depression is also a sign of boredom. You can do things to keep your mind busy like reading a book, watching TV or listening to the radio. Cleaning the house also helps a lot. It is also an exercise for you. Hope that helps. Ciao!

Hey, i just read that your boyfriend had an affair - I do not blame you for feeling so down. But he obviously does not value you. Do you have a friend and someone that you can trust to spend some time with to try and take the focus away from what has happened? Try not to think too much about what has happened. I know it must be very hard for you right now, my heart is with you. If it helps, continue posting on here about how you feel - that will be one way to share and perhaps lessen the pain. X

If I were you I will listen to music which had lyrics almost same with my situation then in that music there are some lyrics can cheer me up
