Is Ikobo safe and secure like Pay Pal?

I know about Pay Pal but never heard of Ikobo. If you know please elaborate.

hi,some body posted discussion regarding this topic... a few days back on mylot...that Ikobo is not as safe as paypal...in some areas misutilisation funds in Ikobo...thatmuch information i can tell you..

hello ! ikobo just look like a payoneer well i use it payoneer but i think Ikobo butter than paypal and payoneer.

yes ikobo is safe like ikobo its provide best security and affordable fees i like it
