what i didn't understand is why your parents yell at you for making the noise when you sister is the one doing it. Maybe you should have a chat with your sister and find out why she turns on all the lights and make those noise. She could be scared of something, which makes her turn the light on and maybe she needs counselling. And if she is talking in her sleep thn she maybe stressed as well. The best thing to do would be to get her to take some break. Good Luck
