Fictional Movie Bad Guys (or Girls)

I love movies and I love different kinds of characters. The bad guy is one of my favorites! I love to hate them! One of my favorites is Hannibal Lector (Silence of the Lambs). His whole persona oozes with evil, and yet there is such poise, smoothness...creepy! Who are some of your favorites?
