would you recommend your wife to work at the same place as you

I personally don’t have a problem with it especially if there is no where else she can get a job. However it might be better to work at the same place but different departments since people need their space and it might get a little crowded if you have to see her at work and at home. The reason though why most employers don’t encourage it is that they believe that you and your spouse may concoct a plan to defraud the company. Another reason is that sometimes personal problems between partners may affect their ability to work together

hi..i don't think that's a pretty good idea taht your wife work with you at the same place..(it can cause troubles..)you will see her everyday and that's really annoying.i think it's good idea to bring family matters because you can trust them in such a thing.

hi! It's not advisable to for husband and wife to work on the same place. Intrigues may arise. performance might be affected if there will be problems. although it does not apply to all, because there are individual who can separate work life from personal life. before me and my husband work in the same place. though we we're just boyfriend-girlfriend that time. sometimes, when we are mad at each other we are silent about it, we work just the same, but the people around us keeps on teasing us. but we just ignore them.

My husband always want me to with him even into work. If he know that I am qualified to a job same with him he make me apply there for the reasons that I was fit for that job. Many times we are at the same field of work until he teach to the school he was now employed. But I am not a teacher so he did not make me to apply 'coz he know I am not qualified. Well if ever there is no bad things if your wife is working with you at the same company. It will make fun and happy to both of you because you always see each other every minute within 24hrs.

id never recommend my wife to my work :p unless i worked at home hahaha. But all couples need to have Some alone time by themselves. Being together all the time everywhere can cause alot of frustration and arguements.

I know this is "would you recommend your wife" but I just wanted to respond in behalf of my husband. My husband always wanted me to work with him in the same facility because it would be more convenient and we love having each other around (hey, there's nothing wrong with that). So he found me a position in his facility and lucky me, it was making $18.00 an hour in the military warehouse. We enjoyed working together and I can't see why no one would like working with their husband/wife. It can be very fun. We have been married for 5 years (since we were 18 years old). Is there something I am missing for those of you who don't like having you wife/husband around? lol. ~Melanie
