Ciao - friends are rating each other. does Ciao accept that?

Hello. I wonder if it accepted by Ciao admin that the friends are rating each other. i mean in a long term. Dont you think members will be punished some day. I can imagine that one day Ciao come up with the idea tha this is not acceptable, and takes back a lot of earnings bacause of fraud. What do you think about it. or am I just too cautious and sceptical? Some experiences and opinions would be welcomed by me. Thanks
