Organic production and processing and the demand for organic products is steadily and vigorously increasing throughout the world. Yet, in myLot, there seems to be scarce interest in matters organic. There are very few postings and very few responses. Some postings are as old as 1 year ago or even longer. Why is this so? Given a choice, would you choose organic food, clothes, shelter, rest and recreation areas? Why? Why not?
