I'm not sure if emulators for Xbox and PS2 is now fully functional but if you want to play PSX games, You should try to use the emulator with the name EPSXE. This is the emulator which works perfectly for PSX games. Insert the Playstation game on your cd rom then open the emulator. Browse for the cd of your playstation game then it will automatically open up the game.

To play ps2 and xbox games you must have a great computer because they consume alot of power but you can actually play them on PC.But i think it just removes the fun which you will get on a console itself.
