Are those sites legit?

I've joined them yesterday: Traffic Meet and Cashorhits. Both of them are traffic exchanges.
Trafficmeet seems quite interesting: they have a low payout via paypal ($0.25) and you earn 0.1 cent per page surfed. You can only surf 50 page a day, so you can earn $0.05 a day. There's a good thing about it though: you reach payout in 5 days. You earn credits per page as well (0.25) that you can sell for cash if you upgrade.
The only downside is the surfbar timeout: 25 seconds.
Cashorhits seems to be even more interesting: free members earn $0.25 per 500 sites surfed. You can only surf4cash 500 sites a day. But if you subscribe paying only $5 a month you can earn $1 per 500 sites surfed. This garantees at least $30 a month if you surf all days and you can earn 50% on commissions. In other words: if your referrals subscribe, you'll earn $2.50. Nice, uh?
Surfbar timeout is slightly better on this one: 15 seconds.
I'm interested in subscribe for the later site that i've metioned. But i'm not so sure if they are legit.
Does anyone here know about them?

I am a member of cashorhits and have been waiting over 3 months for $40.And he doesnt reply my support tickets or emails.I am hoping he will pay.

I have been working online for about 3 years now and have never come accross these sites so they could possible be a dangerous site but you will not get anywhere if you do not try them out, just try them to make sure and if they do turn out to be a scam then you have not losed anything other than time, Although time is very important on the Internet i would say go for it, they have lower payouts so give them no more than a week to pay up,

Yeah: both of them are quite obscure. I haven't seen anyone saying that they are a scam, but i haven't seem anyone praising them as well...
I'll get a fast response to my answer in the first program.
But the second one has a whooping $25 cashout! So i need someone that have experienced them, cause i won't surf 500 pages for 100 days to find this out!
