just love to share what i saw on the net. food that we eat but we can have alternatives and stay healthy. like fruits.... eat it as it is it will become to fatty already if you add more on it. well you can add some with the fruits specially when you will feed it to toodlers but i taught my children to eat fruits as is. luckily my children loves eating fish. we eat fish four times a week. heres the link http://www.healthcastle.com/hall-of-fame-shame.shtml there are more link to click for more reading.

My daughter also loves eating fish and fruits... especially bananas and oranges... good thing she is no longer a picky eater... i think she has already outgrown that... but she still calls all meat products and fish as chicken... and i just go along with it so that she will eat a lot... These days... she would always request for cake... so i make it a point to buy her a bar or two... and we will eat that as dessert after dinner...
