Have you ever been in a dream and realized it?

I did once, and only once, I wish I could do it again so I can learn to control my dreams.. It was pretty funny because everything was intense and then I realize that I was in a dream and I kept screaming at everyone that it didn't matter because it was only a dream.. Have you have had one like that? Do you know how to control your dreams? If so, how?

I have been in a dream lots of times and realizes that it's only a dream. Sometimes I do have sweet dreams and enjoying it seems like it's really true but then later on in the middle of that dream I just realized that I was just dreaming and don't even want to wake up because it was very nice and wanted it to keep going. Sweetdreams to you!

I don't usually remember my dreams, but occasionally I'll realize "this is a dream" and then I wake up. It's like the realization that it isn't real makes it go away. I'll remember it vaguely the next day, but it's never anything notable.

Yes this is called lucid dreaming or in some cases can be called astral projection. Lucid dreaming is when you're inside of a dream and you realize you are in the dream. You don't wake up though you're still in your dream and you can move around and basically control what happens. If you're interested in controling your dreams do some research on lucid dreaming.

I tend to control the few dreams I have. I tend to just know I am dreaming from the beginning to the end and usually shift the dream to go how I want regardless. It is really fun when you shift the environment from urban to jungle or something similar. I usually just have an innate thought that it is a dream and I can do whatever I want in it, which is why I usually imagine me getting shot and continuing to fight for laughs.

I have had that happen to me several times over the years. I have even been in my dreams and I told myself to wake up to get away from something I did not like. Right after I had my daughter, for the first week home I would go to sleep, start dreaming but I would have to get up every couple of hours to pump milk. I would then go back to sleep and go back to the same dream. It was so dreary and depressing I kept hoping it would change but it did not for a long time. That was very strange to me.

Yeah, I've had dreams like that before. It's called 'lucid dreaming.' A conscious dream. There have been studies that show that children are more apt to have lucid dreams than adults.

Hiii, I have come across many dreams in my life and also scared and when i just come out from that it's just seems very nervous because many people around you just looking forward to know what happens, But what i do is just relaxed my self and behaving like nothing happen. See i have try hard to find that how to control. Once you start working hard for the whole day, without giving much spare time to your mind, then you can have a better slow down in your dream...
