problem with ciao

Hai mylotters,
I had a balance of $6.08 in ciao community.today ,i requested for payment for the first time and i was not sure whether my money has been transferred to my account as the screen did not respond well.once again ,i requested payment.Then i came across two request payments of $6.08.The debited amount shows -12.16 where i have earned only $6.08.I don't know how to proceed further.please help me friends!

hi..ciao will process your account on the 15th of next month. For example you requested your earnings nov.30 then it will be transfer to your paypal on dec.15. And ciao will update your earnings 24 hours, try to check it later. It became negative because you requested twice. So better not to request again just wait for your previous request.

It seems ciao takes almost two weeks to transfer money., So probably you should have waited and even for the earnings. They take a day to credit our earnings. Even iam new to ciao and then when i earned 5.32$ and requested payment. After a day i found that they have debited the amount from my balance so at present my account is just .14$. So please do wait patiently.
