why my tutor force me to pass up my project?

I'm attending ACCA fundamental paper , my problem is my tutor always force me to pass up my paper project within the single day she gave us? I used to ask my parent to talk to him through phone but situation become worst. He said that i don't have right to complaine since he is the tutor and he got right to do that. He also said that i can find him in his office if i can't solve or finish the project. I think this is the reason he want me to meet him in his office, i" saying that because he ever write a love letter to me. so, how do you think?
