Hidalgo at Quiapo, Manila is a good place to look for that camera and you can even negotiate with them for a price that you think would be reasonable.

Hmmm, checked your profile and found that your from Naga City.. that is indeed far from Manila.. If you know someone at Manila who is also an enthisiast when it comes to photography, he/she might be able to look for those things that you mentioned, have them reserved perhaps for you to buy or have that someone buy them for you so that you'd just have to pay him/her the sum amount when you do get to fly over...? That's just an idea anyway.. I don't know if they'd have everything you'd want at Hidalgo but, that's where most photograhy enthusiasts would suggest. Read those from surfing the net and it has even been mentioned on television before.. I even have a classmate who goes there to buy bulks of film.. still prefers analog than digital for some reason, well, a hobby isn't always along being practical when passion seems to be the motivation.. (^_^") Under fifty thousand? If your really good with negotiating, I guess you can even pull off something less and still be able to find everything, at least mostly everything.. and with the holidays nearing, who knows if they would also be competitive and grant promising customers with discounts? Its only a matter of looking for it. My brother did go there and said that you'd get to find more bargains as you go deeper, and you can still negotiate for a lower price!
