Who would you rather "No nonsense or Spineless" individual ?

Which of the above types of persons would you rather to be associated with ,someone who is a"no nonsense" or someone who is a "spineless" individual.A no nonsense person has his set of morals or rules which he lives by and he is unyielding and uncompromising when it comes to his morals.A spineless or "flip flopper" has no set moral code or rules at least has a shifting moral code depending on situation or how is likely to benefit. He cannot be depended on to act the same way at no point in time or maybe he acts the same way which is never to take a stand on no issue. Maybe the situation is not a binary one ,maybe there may be instances in which you would prefer the "no nonsense" person and maybe there are instances you would prefer a "spineless" individual .Have you encountered persons from the either category and what was your experience ?

No nonsence is my choice I have several friends ,who Have been with me for years they know exactly how I would react and visa versa which suits me fine.It they change charactor then you know something is wrong and you can help them.spineless people get on my nerves to the extent I cannot stand being with them, all ways changing their football teams or can never make their mind up till they consult with the majority and you never know where you stand with them.

Sometimes I doubt if there is really a "spineless" person. Persons who are diplomatic or facilitative or unifying usually give a first and wrong impression of being spineless. Even those who do not take a stand on a particular issue or on all issues may have already taken a stand "not to get involved". Thus, in this latter case, being "spineless" is actually a way of getting you out of the way. Be that as it may, if I want to achieve something or if I am at work or if I want to test the correctness of my position or decision, I want a "no nonsense person" with me. When I am on vacation or relaxing, I want a "spineless person" to come with me.
