Women terrorized in Pakistan

Hi friends,
I have just read the most horrific story.
It is from the New York Times. The item is by Nicholas D. Kristof in Islamabad.
There is a picture of a Pakistani woman and it is obvious that she had been burned, her whole face and neck, with acid.
This is what the men are doing, terrorizing women. You can see that she cannot close her eyes because her eyelids were burnt off. This is the most disgusting thing. How can human beings do this to each other? I will never understand.
I would like to thank Nicholas D. Kristof for bringing this to the front instead of hiding it somewhere in back of the paper.
God love them women of Pakistan. Please be safe.

That is what they called killing for honor. Its a cruel thing and should be stopped. Some of the woman's organization there has taken action and some of the accused male has been brought to justice. I just hope this kind of cruelty will stop. They have to realize that no woman, no man and woman should be treated with respect.
