Unless you had a prenuptual agreement before you got married, she is entitled to half of everything you own (and owe). If there are children involved and she gets custody of them, she's also likely to get the house. She might be entitled to alimony, I'm not familiar with that part. Why didn't she work more? Did you ask her to stay at home and tell her you would provide for her? You need to get a good solicitor. Hope everything works out fairly for everyone.
