well i think you can go ahead and trust these sites but there should be other members proof of payment either posted on the site or its blog or somewhere where you can easily check it out before actually registering there.... so do check it out thoroughly beofre you waste time on sites that actually promise to pay and dont really pay when the payout amounth if reached....
