With so much loss of innocent life..is there ever a just reason for war

I watched a terribly moving dvd that was accidentally sent in my envelope from Blockbusters...it was a documentary on the Vietnam was..How terrible..how many innocent people killed
How many wars..carry these same unknowns.
Media never captures what really happnes in the war..No one really sees how many many innocent people lose their lives, homes and dignity
So terrible!

Unfortunately, those who wants to stay in power will not step down and back down from a fight resulting to declaring wars and thus lost of hundreds and thousands of lives.
There's no justification for a blood shed but only to PROVE that those in power has the ability to stay in POWER.
Wars has been a part of human history. Have you watched the movie BRAVEHEART? I did so many times but I can not even bring myself to look up to the television screen whenever people start fighting because it was so barbaric, UNHUMANE.
