Do you make-up every day?

Recently,I have to learn how make-up.Because almost all of women will make-up everyday in my company.they say that it respect the other people. Is make-up everyday good or bad? How can make-up better?

Not really.. i put on concealer then pressed powder. sometimes i put on lip balm. before i apply make up, that was early college days, i stopped before my face is proned to pimples so i have to deal with pressed powder after that. then concealer was a "necessary" then.. hehehe.. im having problems with an undereye dark circles.
