why are there people who is irresponsible?

why do some people really dont bother to do their responsibility. it seems that they only live for themselves. you have to tell him what to do and teach him always.

because they were not interested to do new things and they want fully lazyness. They behave like a lazy men. It's difficult to do a simple work from them.
