Hi Everyone. I have had a horrible problem for the past 3 years. My medication has caused me to gain tons of weight and I need to get it off now. I am so uncomfortable. My problem is, I cant be on a diet cause i am already on 3 different ones for my intestinal and stomach conditions. Would just exercise work? I know it will be difficult for even that to because I have very bad stomach bloating everyday. But I have to try to get it off. What do you suggest?? Anything would help. I am desperate.

I think this is the side-effect of your medication. So there is no very effective way to control your weight if you still keep on your medication. Pay attention to your diet and do more exercise maybe show little effect.

I think you are right. I have stopped one of my medications because it was causing real bad side effects. Plus weight gain. So maybe I will lose some weight now. I cant eat regular meals like other people can because my stomach is damaged. I have to eat very small meals. So I think maybe if I try to exercise again that might help. Unfortunately I have to stay on my other meds. I hope this will help to get this weight off. Thankyou for your comment. It was helpful.

Your stock get bloating because of constipation right? You need to drink more water about 12-15 glasses everyday. 2-3 times poo a day is a big help. Exercise is not just enough if you dont correct eating habits. Visit my website: http://www.perfectdiet.multiply.com

I think the simplest thing you can do for keeping your body on health condition is by having healthy foods and enough exercise. But if you have a lot of activities which make you can't doing many exercices, perhaps you can do it from nutritious foods. Having less carbohydrate however is one of the best way to keep your body on health condition and proportional weight. If you are having rice everyday, you can changing your plain rice with organic red rice. This organic red rice is expensive than plain rice but this rice has many benefit for your diet purpose. Good luck for you. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

The healthiest way to lose weight is neither crash diets nor bursts of exercise. The body likes slow changes in terms of food and exercise. For example, someone who hasn't exercised for years shouldn't rush into running miles a day or pounding the treadmill. Not only will the struggle to do so leave you feeling disheartened and demotivated, you're also far more likely to injure yourself and set your fitness levels back further. The same goes for people who suddenly start starving themselves. Diets that severely restrict calories or the types of food 'allowed' can lead you to be deficient in the nutrients and vitamins that your body needs.
