Help Changing Profile

I just tried to change my profile and couldn't. I wanted to change the main part where my picture is and my website information. Can someone please explain to me; step by step, the way to do this. I am not very good at changing webpages or profiles, so please be specific. I really want to change my picture. Thanks in advance to any that respond.

I need to do the same thing and so I wish someone would have answered this. I am going to try to search other discussions and see if I can find out how to do this.
