What can I do? I don't drink caffeine, don't drink soda, don't drink anything w/ carbonation, don't smoke, don't drink, I haven't had a migraine in a while, but I have a dull ache in my head almost all the time - have had xray of my brain because started having seizures a couple of years ago - for no reason ever found by neurologist....they thought i had a chiari I malformation in my brain but when I saw a specialist he said that isn't what it is - so why the seizure I don't know - why the migraines - I don't know....Any advice?

Just out of curiosity, why don't you drink caffeine? Caffeine is one of the major ingredients in most migraine medications, because it interacts with your blood vessels to allow you to absorb the "pain" part of the "pain" medication more quickly. Did your doctor specifically tell you to stay away from caffeine? If not, I would try to drink something with a fairly low does of caffeine (like green tea) and see if it helps.

Maybe you should try a ENT. Sometimes you can have a sinus infection or something going on in your sinus cavity. It will not go away unless you have antibiotics specifically for it.
I know a couple of people that have had 1 to a few seizures in their lives with no explaination that could be detected. Its almost like wires get crossed for no apparent reason.

do a research on psuedotumor ceberi ... what you are discribing is very similure to how mine started... they say its for obese people.. not always the case however... expecially if you ever hear a pulsading noise in your head... something like hearing your h eart beat... if your vision changes.. have your eye dr test the pressure behind your eyes.. it can very easily make you go blind... i infact at one point was completely blind... but they were able to reverse some of it...
