My 1993 318i BMW `s Engine shaking !

Hi , I have a problem with my BMW 318i model 1992 engine , It is an new engine and new serviced i changed the sparks and all filters last week but the engine is shaking like that it is working with 3 cilender or one of sparks does not working !!! please help me
