should India attack Pakistan???

I don't know if more violence is the best way to go. After 9/11 in America I was all for us going to war and to find the people responsible for the attacks, but now it has been everal years and it doesn't feel like we have made any progress in fighting terrorism. I mean sure we have caught some people like Saddam Hussein, but if anything terroriam seems to be an even bigger problem today than it did in 2001. If I was in India I would certainly want the people responsible to pay for what they did, but going to war is a huge decision that shouldn't be made rashly or when you are overly emotional. And war has a huge negative impact on more than just the guilty party.
