Although we cannot generalise every crime, but it is for sure that killing others can never be the solution to any problem. And so if someone is found guilty of killing someone else then definitely he should get a very serious punishment. And I would even stand for the capital punishment. But my question in this what will happen to them those who were forced to do the crime because of the situation. It is very much evident that the killers who enjoy doing crimes in specially killing. But there are people who did it by mistake may be due to the situation. And I personally feel that such cases should not get capital punishment. So first of all I personally feel it is very important that we categorise the kind of killing which is 10. If we can do this then definitely we can impose capital punishment on those categories which we personally think Dan willingly and deserves such a drastic punishment. But if not then I personally feel that a little bit of motive should be taking care of. And this is a cold-blooded murderer then definitely he should get severe punishment otherwise it can be changed.

i come from a country where there is capital punishment and i think i am fine with it. let put it this way, capital punishment are for those offences which are severe or serious or put others life in danger like murder, armed robbery with hurt, kidnapping etc. to us, we need not bother about them cos we dun do it at all so it does not concern us. this is also applicable to those who has the intention to commit these hedious crimes with planning and putting others in danger so they should be aware of the penalty before carrying out the act. it is not an excuse to ask for leniency only when they are caught. Also, if someone commit the acts accidentally or without a motive, then i dun think that he would face the capital punishment as the law would be far and a reduced charge of manslaughter can be enforced instead. so i am fine with capital punishment and the laws are stated clearly. it is not changed or alter when a person commits an offence but rather it was already in place before the offence took place but the person decided to challnege the laws

I do not think we should ever kill another human being no matter what the circumstances. I say this from never being in the possition of having someone I love killed but I hope I would still feel the same. Someone who kills has something wrong with them and they need mental help not killing. If someone kills by accident they obviously do not deserve the same fate as someone who has killed for fun or because they wanted something that someone else had. For the worst killers they should stay locked up for life. Then there should be less years depending on severity. We must never kill in punishment.

i won't support capital punishment. Its not because no humans has got right to kill anyone. Its because the one who does crime should have the feeling that what he did was wrong, thats the real aim of punishment. The criminals should get a feeling from the punishment that he shouldn't do that again. I prefer giving imprisonment for long years if the crime is severe and police should help the criminals turn into good humans.

dont you think giving them life imprisonment means feeding them, and giving valuable resources for free. this not at all a punishment. he will live his life in ease. i think one hard punishment which is not brutal also can be the fact that they should be kept in jail and socially boytcotted. this way, they can never live a normal life. he should be caged and no one can meet him or talk to him.
